The public CLI reference only listed the older local-development command surface, while the current CLI and the adopter-facing PCL cheat sheet also expose project, release, incident, access, integration, and operator workflows.

Adopters and operators can now discover the complete current CLI surface from the public reference without relying on internal collateral.
