First pass at adding option to only display the key of members in your current party (still only applies to guild members)

A few guild members wanted the ability to only show your current party members keys to make it easier if you have a lot of people using the addon (or with lots of alts) currently I have just been sending a modified version is this something you would consider adding to the curse upstream?
This PR adds the option "Show party members only" to both the dropdown menu and new options panel and will only display keys of guild members currently in your party
