Combines the 10 open Renovate PRs into one change. Lockfiles were regenerated on current main instead of merged from the individual branches.

Not checked

• Windows build. Cross-compiling for x86_64-pc-windows-msvc fails here on ring (needs MSVC lib.exe), so the Windows-only CEF 154 code paths first compile on main CI.
• No runtime launch of the app with CEF 154.
