These are all the files from the last working (?) instance of the Discus project. All of this used to live in the public_html folder on my webspace at Dalhousie. Javascript code is in "Discusproject". The rest (php) was to transfer an individual's results to another folder and call R ("PlotDiscusUnix.r") to analyse and produce a PDF file that could then be downloaded.
