It is a nice feature, and I use it myself on tutorials.
I want to check first how much longer it takes the codespaces to initialise with it.
The GitHub Codespaces is temporarily broken, so I need to wait a bit to test it - https://www.githubstatus.com/.

The init time for me was 2 minutes for the current devcontainer and like 3.5 minutes for the one with Docker in Docker. @kimjj93, what is the use case you think we will support with this update? Thank You.

While I was testing the image, I found it convenient to interact with the hosting environment with this option without leaving the container. It may not be too useful for the end-users but will be useful for the developers - we can disable later if it's appropriate. Thanks.
