…ers (ADR-0037) Records the decision that a WireGuard-class overlay (Tailscale, Headscale, raw WireGuard/Nebula/Netbird) is the sanctioned reachability layer for remote self-host consumers, needing zero phux protocol or transport change: reachability is solved below the wire. phux stays overlay-agnostic so the fully-OSS path is first-class. Relay/rendezvous/hole-punching are deferred as enterprise scope; the ADR-0007 trait + URI-shaped-identity invariants keep that door open. Adds the ADR, indexes it, and documents the "connect from anywhere" overlay path in operations.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
