summary

• update the release workflow to set explicit github token permissions, initialize qemu/buildx, and run the current goreleaser v2 action
• move the container release config to goreleaser dockers_v2 with linux/amd64 and linux/arm64 platforms under the existing ghcr tags
• update dockerfile.releaser to copy the per-platform binary that goreleaser provides for multi-platform docker builds

notes

go test ./... was attempted locally, but this repo's current tests require aws credentials and instance metadata access. the local run failed in sessions because aws_access_key / aws_secret_key were not set, and in basic after imds credential lookup failed and no scrapers were created.
