Revert initialization sequence. Doesn't seem to break anything; it's not clear why I re-arranged it in the first place.
Basic memory mapping, VDC, and debug support. No hardware registers (or actual GPS registers) implemented.

Memory mapper, debug, and VDC support for Pioneer Carrizzio GPS system.
Does not implement special registers related global positioning or other hardware features yet.
Needs Carrizzio ROMs in "*.nav" format.
