i build things that run on my own hardware and write down how they work. most of it ends up at hartforge.com.
my homelab, run like production: proxmox and bare metal nixos boxes, self-hosted git as the primary, wireguard between sites, offsite backups, and two agents (paimon and marbas) that help run it all. how the forge fits together, and the things that died in it.
minecraft mods and modpacks i make for the fun of it, all neoforge 1.21.1, with the pixel art done by hand.
- plinthworks: pedestals you teach with sigils to move items, energy, fluids and xp
- nullspace: a tempad addon that gives every player a pocket workshop room
- the foundry: the modpack that ties it together
drawn by a script on my own hardware once a week, from forgejo and github together, so the commits that never touch github still count.
