Website Devsite Resume LinkedIn Email

I build the quiet parts of engineering, the pipelines that just work, the internal tools teams reach for without thinking, and the systems that stay calm when things go wrong. Based in Chennai, India with 6+ years across cloud, on-prem, and the awkward middle where most real systems live. I spend most of my time around infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and platform engineering, usually trying to make complicated systems behave in simple, predictable ways. When I’m not doing the above, I’m usually tinkering with homelab setups or building small CLI tools.

At my Job

Building an enterprise-grade AWS IaC delivery platform with Terraform modules, OPA/Rego for policy enforcement, Bitbucket Pipelines with OIDC auth, JFrog Artifactory, and a pure terraform account vending factory. The kind of platform that has to be invisible to work.

Shipped and maintaining

  • kredenv — Secrets & env vars, encrypted and injected straight into your shell. AES-256-GCM + argon2id, zero cloud dependency.
  • beautree — Pretty directory tree CLI. Three-layer config, .gitignore parsing, Unicode connectors with ASCII fallback.
  • womsnow — "What's On My State Now?". It reads a .tfstate and generates HTML, Markdown, or JSON reports. Single binary, no backend required.
  • termactions — Interactive terminal prompt library for Go. Spinner, progress bar, confirm, select, multiselect. Used across the ecosystem.
  • snipraw — Self-hosted snippet server. Filesystem-backed, syntax-highlighted.

In the Labs

  • peekadb — Terminal UI database client. REPL-first layout, context-aware SQL completion, supporting most common databases.
  • spinadb — Local database instance manager, companion to peekadb. Dead simple to setup, spin and operate.
  • servd — Cross-platform service manager with a web dashboard. YAML service definitions, less config, more control.
