macOS: pass explicit CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT to the native configure - #362
On recent macOS versions, the CMake bundled in Setup.app fails to detect the SDK, leaving CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT empty. Regular compile steps still work (clang falls back to the default SDK), but libpng's genout.cmake step only passes -isysroot when CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT is set, so pnglibconf.out generation fails with:
fatal error: 'sys/types.h' file not found
Fix
Resolve the SDK path explicitly and pass it to the native configure step, so the build no longer depends on the bundled CMake's SDK detection. Also fails early with a clear message if the SDK cannot be resolved.
Testing
Confirmed on MacBook Pro M1 (macOS 27.0.1): the workaround (setting CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT manually) completes the build successfully; this PR bakes the same fix into the build script.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
macOS builds now locate the installed SDK automatically and use it during native configuration, helping avoid failures caused by an unresolved SDK path.
If the SDK cannot be resolved or its path is invalid, the build stops and displays a message to check the macOS development tools installation.

Walkthrough
The macOS local build script resolves the SDK path with xcrun --show-sdk-path. It exits with an installation hint if resolution fails and passes the resolved path to CMake as CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT.

Summary
Resolve and configure the macOS SDK Launcher/local-build-macos.command
The script resolves the SDK path and exits with an Xcode Command Line Tools installation hint if resolution fails. The CMake configure command receives the path through CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT; its other arguments remain unchanged.
No merge-blocking risk was identified in the macOS SDK configuration change.

The title names the main change: the macOS build now passes an explicit CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT to the native configure step. The raw summary confirms the script resolves the SDK with xcrun --show-sdk-path and passes it through CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT. The PR objectives describe the same fix for the libpng sys/types.h build failure. The title is specific, short, and matches the changeset.

Explanation
The change addresses issue #353 in Launcher/local-build-macos.command. It resolves the SDK with xcrun --show-sdk-path, verifies that the result is a directory, and fails with an actionable message when resolution fails. It passes the resolved path to native CMake through -DCMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT="$macos_sysroot". The change also preserves the existing Apple compiler selection. These changes directly address the reported sys/types.h failure during libpng generation.
