Summary

  • make constrained manipulation the default, with Shift documented and surfaced as the free-placement/free-rotation override
  • refresh the editor shortcut dialog and floating contextual helpers, including compact two-line shortcut tips
  • fix selection/direct manipulation edge cases: item multi-select routing, inverted Cmd/Ctrl right-drag rotation, node-normal floorplan rotation, guide continuity, and stale wall/roof move targets
  • normalize wall/ceiling/roof snap-target badges for structure/sidebar/catalog consumers

Verification

  • bun test packages/editor/src/lib/direct-manipulation.test.ts packages/editor/src/lib/selection-routing.test.ts packages/editor/src/lib/contextual-help.test.ts packages/editor/src/components/ui/snap-target-badge.test.tsx
  • bunx biome check <touched editor/node files>
  • bunx turbo run check-types --filter=@pascal-app/editor --filter=@pascal-app/nodes --force
  • bun run build

Notes

  • Build exits cleanly. The editor app still logs the existing Next/Turbopack NFT tracing warnings for scene-store routes.
