Upstream install.sh downloads a Linux ELF binary that cannot execute on macOS (Exec format error). Adds Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml to run jellycc via Bun on Linux, with MEDIA_DIR volume mount. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds multi-platform Docker support, lightweight multi-stage builds (Alpine + FFmpeg), GHCR workflow, and install dependency checks.
