The Summit relay chainspec omitted the
stakingAhClientgenesis config, so the pallet defaulted toPassive: no session reports sent to Asset Hub, staking-async stuck at era 0, election never triggered. The live network was fixed viasudo(stakingAhClient.setMode(Active)). This PR fixes genesis for future respins if any.
