Promotes the 0.5.2 patch from
release/0.5.xtomainfor tagging asv0.5.2, following the v0.5.0/v0.5.1 convention.Carries exactly the 0.5.2 delta (the squash-merged #175): the Safari video stream range-request fix (RFC 7233 suffix/edge ranges + 416), the paused-frame WebKit compositing-layer fix, cross-browser (chromium/webkit/firefox) pause-and-resume E2E coverage, and the workspace version bump to 0.5.2 with both changelogs.
Verified on
release/0.5.x: CI green (unit/lint/build/contracts) and the new spec green across all three engines locally. No API shapes change; nothing is breaking.Fixes #143
