put them in a folder to match the 210 and 215 ones. also makes it a bit cleaner

I redid the settings popout layout, reorganized the r207 barricade images into a subfolder, and put up some temp icons for r210/r215. I might be compelled to try and make images for the settings. not sure, its quite a bit
