this image was already in the pack and looks like it might of been intended for dexsanity, think it looks better than the pokeball
with the changes to route 203, this was removed in the APworld

I reckon you gotta change more here since opt_coupons_on is superfluous but I will take care of that

updates the dexsanity image path (theres already an opt_dexsanity icon in there?)
changes the roadblock to use the poketch instead of the parcel/coupons
new icon for the 203 roadblock using the poketch now
removed the 'most' option for key items
tested it, everything seems to autotrack fine
