test(perf): record v1.7.0 benchmark for miner-2 - #241

miner-2's Pithead soak released, so it's now at fleet parity: control enabled (reserved via the rig-e2e flock), live-verified end to end (POST → propagated to the running XMRig config → no perf hit), and v1.7.0 recorded (36839.2 H/s, within 5% of baseline via the #214 judge). Only miner-1 stays behind (still running soak-423).
