test(perf): record v1.7.0 benchmarks (6/8 rigs; 2 under a Pithead soak) - #240

…head soak) Judge-before-record (#214) on every rig: all within 5% of baseline + best-ever. miner-0 10748.5 H/s; EPYCs 36805-36868 H/s — unchanged from v1.6.0, as expected (the control path adds no mining-path code). miner-1 and miner-2 correctly backed off (rc=75, EX_TEMPFAIL): a Pithead soak-423 run holds the shared #183 rig-lock on those two. Post-deploy per RELEASING.md, with the #214 judge-before-record gate: 6/8 rigs recorded v1.7.0 (all within 5% of baseline + best-ever). miner-1/2 correctly hit the #183 rig-lock — a Pithead
