documentation: does this library depends on typescript experimental decorator?

The docs does not say if this library needs typescript experimental decorator enabled. Since the new standard decorator exists now there will be confusion.

Yes. It is planed for the next version to rewrite it to the new decorators.

To use the decorator you have to set experimentalDecorators to true in your tsconfig.json
