This commit improves consistency by aligning Edge identification with the approach used for Entity, EdgeTag, and EntityTag. It also improves DBMS interoperability by avoiding reliance on Neo4j-generated UIDs.
CreateEdge always creates a new edge, ignoring the provided ID. This commit updates the function so that it replaces the existing edge when an ID is specified. Issue: owasp-amass#38
