Update SAM crew quarters and greenhouse volumes

Kai noticed that the values for the volume of SAM were wrong and recalculated them so that:

• crew_habitat_sam = crew quarters + engineering bay
• greenhouse_sam = testing module + lung

We are not sure where the original values come from.

Before we can merge this, we need to make a few other changes:

• the frontend will need to be updated because the volume are written in the dropdown description;
• the backend also contains these values in a couple of places, but I'm not sure if they are still used;
• finally for the changes to be live, we need to make a new release and publish it on PyPI.

In the meanwhile I'm creating this PR with the correct values.
