This PR updates the developer documentation roadmap by retiring the “Dev-docs cleanup” milestone section now that all of its listed items are completed/closed, aligning the roadmap with the stated milestone-retirement convention.
Changes:
- Removed the completed “Dev-docs cleanup” milestone section from
dev-docs/roadmap.md. - Left the remaining “Open Issues” roadmap content as the active tracking section.
