preliminary changes for rob to evaluate
- determinands passed through to merge_auxiliary - HELCOM information file tidied up - updates to HELCOM normalisation file to ensure runs when only one variable (an auxiliary) is assessed - updates to report_assessment to ensure doesn't crash when only one variable (an auxiliary) is assessed
Add distribution and status for LIPIDWT% to determinand info table Put back normalisation information in example

First part of the implementation of biological trend assessments and update to HELCOM vignette - both parts need more work.
Halla, I am adding you to keep you updated. Rob has been helping me (a lot) and we will continue working on this at the end of August after my vacation.
What should work now is to assess the most common auxiliary variables for sediment and biota even if they are also used as auxiliary variables for contaminants that are being assessed. But there are still a lot of minor adjustment needed (Rob has a list) to make sure that the assessment will run smoothly under various special conditions and the plot function still doesn't work.
