The title does not work like this - please omit the | Ory Docs part - that part is appended always to the title so we don't need to add it here.

Please also note that this new title is overly verbose and looks strange in the sidebar - we can override the sidebar title with sidebar_label.

to get it merged please

• choose a slightly less verbose title
• omit the | Ory Docs part
• add sidebar_label "Apply Upgrades"
• apply the same changes in the Kratos, Keto, and Oathkeeper upgrade docs - I want them to all look the same to make it easier for users to navigate.

also you need to

• sign the CLA (see the comment)
• run make format to format everything and make the CI pass
• choose a conventional commit format for commits and PR title - see here for explanation https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/

I know it's a lot but expected for your first contribution :) will be smoother down the line
