With this site configured as baseurl: "/public-process" and using Jekyll 4.4, {% post_url %} already emits a baseurl-prefixed URL for the post. Prefixing it with {{ site.baseurl }} here renders the link as /public-process/public-process/essays/aesthetic-nervous-system/ on GitHub Pages, so the new design-system page's rationale link 404s in the hosted site; let post_url supply the base path itself.
