P2 Badge Point the Pages task at the deployable URL

For organvm/pages--theoria-copy--logos, this task asks maintainers to publish to organvm-v-logos.github.io, but GitHub Pages only gives a user/organization root URL when the repository is named <user>.github.io or <organization>.github.io; otherwise project pages are served under https://<user>.github.io/<repository>/... (GitHub docs: https://docs.github.com/en/pages/getting-started-with-github-pages/creating-a-github-pages-site). Following this first task in the named repo would publish at the wrong address or leave the advertised public surface unreachable, so the promotion should either target a correctly named Pages repo/account or use the project/custom-domain URL.
