… status - ci(linux): `mcpp build` can transiently fail with "index entry not found in local clone" — mcpp auto-refreshes the index on that failure, so retry once to absorb the race (the post-refresh attempt succeeds). Fixes the flaky post-merge xlings-ci-linux build seen on 0.4.60. - docs: mark the index-ecosystem plan's C2 / release(0.4.60) / recipe-bump / version-check res_versioned items done; remaining = C5 + signing.
