ReconcileBench

Scenario specification, status-contract oracle, derive, evidence, and an agent loop. Not a fault-injection engine.

Engines: operator-chaos, envtest, chainsaw, Acto (optional). See docs in community — GATE1.md and ADR-0001.

A non-zero exit from verify means the oracle found a status-contract defect. That is a successful detection, not a tool crash.
