This is just an idea I'm thinking about to bring up with Ian & Daniel at our next check in together.
Goal is (1) to come back to the base + demo RefApp content packages with more of a persona (use-case)-driven mindset; and (2) to have a guide (which maybe belongs in README) on how to configure the base package depending on your persona / use-case.
