Backporting JDK-8379433: Throwing proper exception for invalid encapsulation length in Hybrid.
This PR fixes the wrong exception type thrown when a hybrid key exchange receives a bad message.
For parity with Oracle JDK.
Ran related tests on linux-x64, linux-aarch64, macos-aarch64 and windows-x64:
make test TEST=test/jdk/sun/security/ssl/HybridKeyExchange/TestHybrid.java
Results:
