@deck.gl/*, three should be moved to peerDependencies

I was importing these packages in my main project, and adding/using maplibre-gl-components led to double initialization of luma.gl (due to bundled three.js and probably @deck.gl/*). The only solution that worked was to build from source with modified package.json:
