Point all GitHub URLs (README badges/links, DESCRIPTION URL/BugReports, conda recipes, pyproject, workflows, issue templates, R/zzz.R, NEWS) at the openforecast-org org after the repository move. The conda recipe-maintainers handle (config-i1) is left unchanged; it names a person, not the org.
