The second badge points at travis-ci.org (long since shut down) for a personal fork (davipo/openelections-data-wi) that hasn't been pushed to since 2021. The first badge already covers the real build status via GitHub Actions. Signed-off-by: Charlie Tonneslan <cst0520@gmail.com>

This is fine with me. I don't think this build status should have pointed at my fork anyway. Thanks for the maintenance. |

The second badge in the README pointed at travis-ci.org (the .org domain shut down a while back) for a personal fork (davipo/openelections-data-wi) last pushed in 2021. The first badge already covers the real build status via GitHub Actions, so this just drops the broken one.
