Adds end-user documentation for the LocalPV Hostpath “Node-Deployment Mode” feature and exposes it in the Docusaurus sidebar so it’s discoverable under Hostpath → Advanced Operations.
Changes:
- Add a new doc page explaining Node-Deployment Mode for LocalPV Hostpath, including enablement via Helm and via a provisioner flag.
- Update the docs sidebar to include the new “Node-Deployment Mode” entry under Local PV Hostpath → Advanced Operations.
