本体の undici (#2006) が jsdom 未対応のため v7 系に据え置く方針としたことに伴い、型定義である undici-types も歩調を合わせてクローズします。

クローズ理由

• このPR自体は CI が全てパスしており、壊れているわけではありません。
• ただし undici-types は undici 本体の型定義であり、pnpm-workspace.yaml の overrides で両者をペアで管理しています。
• 本体（undici）を v7 に据え置く以上、型（undici-types）だけ v8 に上げると実体と型のバージョンが乖離し、型の不整合の原因になります。

jsdom が undici v8 に対応し、本体を v8 化できるタイミングで、undici / undici-types をまとめて更新します。それまでは両方 v7 系に据え置きます。
