OpenADS Tutorial Website

This repository contains the static website for the OpenADS Tutorial at IEEE ITSC 2026. The page introduces the tutorial, summarizes the OpenADS ecosystem, and lists the tentative agenda, setup information, organizers, and contact details.

Structure
