Locales: Russian translation for 680 missing phrases

Translation of 600+ phrases that had not been translated

What changes for the player?

Players using the Russian interface language will now see translated text in places where English was previously left untranslated.

How to test

Switch the interface language to Russian (Settings → Interface → Language) and go through the settings sections (Controls, Graphics, Sound, Gameplay, Multiplayer) — previously untranslated entries should now appear in Russian.

What does this change, and why?

Added translations for 680 phrases in crates/omsi-app/locales/app.yml that were missing a ru key. Translations were made consistent with the Russian terminology already used elsewhere in the file.

What could break?

Nothing that I know of.

Thanks for filling in the Russian texts. Please restore the unrelated catalog entries before merging: this diff removes six multiplayer status keys (including "Preparing your bus for the other players...", still used by omsi-lan/src/mods/upload/sending.rs) and drops 22 other-language translations of "UDP needs the game's address (host or host:port), not a web link". Those users would fall back to English. Please keep the existing keys/languages and limit this PR to the Russian additions.

Thanks for your reply, I’ve fixed my mistake, sorry about that.

Fixed: the diff now only adds ru lines (679), every other entry is untouched; checked with check_locales.py against main.

Only ru lines are added, the placeholders are kept and nothing else changes. I merged main in (an end-of-file conflict with the new depot texts, both kept); check_locales.py passes.

Merged, thanks @dcmanmwem! 680 more phrases in Russian is a big help for Russian-speaking drivers. I merged main into the branch to fix a small end-of-file conflict.
