Typing a term with no matches into the Filter box on the Currency Configuration page emptied the table and left a blank panel behind. Nothing distinguished a filter with no hits from a page that had failed to load. The table now carries an empty-state row. It reads "No records match the selected filter" while a filter is active, and "No data found" when the list itself is empty, so the two cases remain distinguishable. Both strings already exist in all thirteen locale files and are used by other screens, so no new translations are needed. The empty row has no mat-cell directive and so inherits none of the table's cell padding, which is what the stylesheet rule is for. It dims the text with opacity rather than naming a grey, so the message follows whatever colour the active theme gives the table and stays readable in dark mode.

Description
On the Currency Configuration page, typing a value in the Filter box that does not match any currency removed all the rows and left an empty area. There was no message, so the user could not tell whether the filter had no results or the page had failed to load.
I have added an empty state row to the table. It shows "No records match the selected filter" when a filter is applied, and "No data found" when the list is empty. Both strings already exist in all thirteen translation files, so no new translations were required.
A small style rule was also added, because the empty row does not use the mat-cell directive and so has no padding by default.
