Remove workaround for now-fixed issue in .NET 10.0.11.

This PR removes a repository-wide NuGet audit suppression that was previously added as a workaround for an upstream EF Core/NuGet audit advisory issue, keeping Directory.Build.props focused on build output configuration.

Changes:

• Removed the NuGetAuditSuppress entry for GHSA-2m69-gcr7-jv3q from Directory.Build.props.
• Removed the associated TODO/comment referencing the upstream EF Core issue/PR.
