Group record constants on a type per definition; release 0.6.0 - #6
Record constants are associated constants of a type per definition, kiwi_records::NodeChange::FILL_PAINTS instead of kiwi_records::node_change::FILL_PAINTS, and Records maps them for RustQ code (RustQ 1.0.0-rc.17): a module aliasing it writes Records.NodeChange.FILL_PAINTS and Records.Definitions.NODE_CHANGE with no defrustmod of its own. Breaking for Rust code naming the constants, hence 0.6.0.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Generated Rust record and enum constants are now accessed through associated constants on definition types, with updated RustQ integration.
Compatibility
Rust paths for generated constants have changed; update references to use the new type-based paths.
Documentation
Updated dependency examples and release notes for KiwiCodec 0.6.0 and RustQ 1.0.0-rc.17.
The Rust generator now emits per-definition field and enum constants as associated constants on public Rust types. RustQ registrations, generated-code tests, version requirements, documentation, and the changelog are updated for the 0.6.0 release and RustQ 1.0.0-rc.17.
The generator registers record runtime types and definition constants with RustQ. It emits field and variant constants as associated items on public per-definition Rust types. Tests check generated constant paths and keyword handling.
Align release and RustQ versions mix.exs, integration/generator_consumer/mix.exs, README.md, guides/native-decoders.md, CHANGELOG.md
The project version and KiwiCodec examples change to 0.6.0. RustQ requirements and examples change to 1.0.0-rc.17. The changelog describes the generated constant path changes and RustQ access.
open-pencil/kiwi_codec#1: Introduces KiwiCodec.RustlerGenerator.Records and the generated record constants that this PR changes to associated constants.
open-pencil/kiwi_codec#5: Moves the record runtime behind RustQ modules, which this PR uses to register runtime types and definition constants.
open-pencil/kiwi_codec#2: Changes identifier construction for generated Rust record modules, which this PR further updates for per-definition Rust types.
Merge Risk: Low · up to ffbf1
The change is mergeable with a bounded test follow-up, but compiling the new RustQ example would help catch integration regressions before release.

Compile the complete NodeReader.named_node?/1 source.
The test checks only three source fragments from NodeReader.__rustq_source__(). It never compiles the complete function. The existing native tests compile the generated record modules and constants, but not the RustQ-authored calls to record.definition() and record.has(...). A syntax, type, or constant-resolution regression in that function could therefore pass this test. Add the function source to a records-enabled NativeCrate build.
This identifies a test-coverage gap, not a current production compilation failure.
