Describe the Bug

In Jak 3, audio crackles when landing a Dark Bomb attack. It is very repeatable. This issue also occurs in Jak 2 (also dark bomb for most consistent results), but not as pronounced as Jak 3. Audio seems to have a higher chance to crackle during any event that causes a "slow-mo" effect - Dark Bomb is just the most extreme and repeatable example of this. The slow-mo effect in Jak 2 seems to be less prominent and perhaps why the crackling isn't as bad as Jak 3. I have tested this on my ROG Ally X, and two gaming laptops. Additionally, I have a set of ~$90 Logitech speakers that I plugged into each of my 3 devices, and can confirm the issue persists even with these external speakers. I feel like I've done what I can to rule-out hardware issues, so I believe this issue is solely with the game(s) themselves. Also, I generally do not have audio issues with these devices. I took my troubleshooting one step further and installed an EQ software called EasyEffects to intentionally boost my bass and low frequencies in an attempt to replicate the crackling in other games/applications, however, unless I push my EQ to far extremes, I cannot replicate this crackling issue in other applications. A final note; I have tested my audio in both Linux (Bazzite) and Windows 11.
