…#1260, #1251) Alpha.10 residual truth closure: - apilist API records and the homepage sample re-authored to the current export truth (compiled @element classes; @experimental additions from #1209/#1214 named) - the removed-vocabulary gate now covers www/app/** code surfaces - deno-desktop examples migrated off their local compile-decorators impostor shims (deleted) to canonical intrinsic imports; stale registration comments corrected to the verified mechanism Residuals recorded on the issues: desktop example full vite builds fail closed with OEC9008 (route modules mixing runtime top-level statements with the compiled class) — pre-existing grammar boundary, needs a route-module restructure before those examples count as qualified consumer evidence (B2.5/B3.8); pre-existing local mobile visual-baseline drift on architecture-islands-deep (untouched page; baselines not regenerated). Implemented by fresh kimi-code/k3-256k HIGH session (.agents/v044-kimi-implementer.md), packet A10-residual. No publish, no tag.

Problem
Issues #1260 + #1251 (umbrella #1155, Alpha.10 residuals): www/app surfaces (outside the A10.10 gate scope) still presented removed APIs as current — apilist API records recommended defineElement/defineIsland/ and omitted the @experimental additions; the homepage sample used defineElement. The two desktop examples kept local compile-decorators impostor shims (fail-closed OEC9027 under the A10.1 compiler truth).
