[0.44 alpha.0] Freeze the seven-workspace common contract

Outcome

Complete the remaining #1193 foundation gate for the internal Alpha workspace train:

• freeze the minimum cross-workspace semantic contract already accepted by ADR-0143 and proved by [0.44 alpha.0] Prove the TSX-to-Part Program vertical compiler slice #1160;
• add an executable seven-writer ownership map with deterministic overlap rejection;
• add the direct launch prompt for one main agent plus seven logical workspace subagents;
• define linear alpha.8 integration through source-to-integrated SHA mappings;
• remove stale serial Lane/Integration blockers and Final Alpha publication semantics from the live Alpha issues.

The exact PR head, once fast-forwarded unchanged to dev, is the alpha.1-alpha.7 common base and will be recorded in #1193 closure evidence.
