Removes the optional compiled C++ variant (cgeo) and its sources under minisky/tools/src_cpp/. The tools package now imports the pure-Python geo module directly, dropping the compiled-fallback and TYPE_CHECKING shim. No behavior change — the Python geo path was already the default when the extension wasn't built.
