The first live headless test gathered a perfect digest, wrote the vault log — then skipped the Telegram send by inferring the user was at a keyboard. A delivery convention can't allow that discretion: headless: true IS the decision, and a manual onebrain skill run is precisely a delivery test. Wording pinned with the measured incident.
