Bump providers cae47bc -> 978ba23 to pick up the fix that recovers organizations from userinfo when a token refresh returns no id token (dashboard lost every workspace ~hourly after the access token refreshed). Pin bump only.

Bumps @omnidotdev/providers (cae47bc → 978ba23, omnidotdev/providers#14): recovers organizations from userinfo when a token refresh returns no id token, so the dashboard no longer drops every workspace ~hourly after the access token refreshes. Pin bump only; getAuth's API is unchanged.
