I have a question regarding the deconvolute_mouse(gene_expression_matrix, "DCQ") function. Could you please clarify which exact gene biomarkers are used to identify CD8+ memory T cells and CD8+ effector memory T cells in DCQ? I understand that DCQ is generated by ImmGen, but I was unable to find this specific information on the ImmGen website.

DCQ is accessible trough the package ComICS, it should already be installed as a dependency of ilmmunedeconv. You can access th signature matrix and the marker genes with ComICS::immgen_dat and ComICS::DCQ_mar respectively
