Summary

  • Repositions scroll_spy around the job it uniquely owns: choosing one stable primary item from a Flutter scrollable.
  • Adds a crawlable product site, dedicated package comparison, Flutter autoplay guide, social preview media, structured metadata, and llms.txt.
  • Replaces the simulated autoplay proof with bundled real video, exactly one active player, a primary-plus-neighbors controller pool, ordered handoff, lifecycle handling, and fake-backed tests.
  • Adds a pinned, reproducible visibility-delivery comparison against visibility_detector and inview_notifier_list, with explicit limitations and no universal speed claim.
  • Hardens CI, tag-only OIDC publishing, version-bump detection, Pana pinning, labels YAML, and cross-repository Pages deployment.

Validation

  • dart format .
  • flutter analyze
  • flutter test - 100 tests
  • example flutter analyze
  • example flutter test - 11 tests
  • benchmark flutter analyze
  • benchmark comparison test - all normalized visibility sets and transitions match
  • dart run tool/validate_ai_plugin.dart
  • bash tool/build_pages.sh - release Wasm bundle assembled under /scroll-spy/demo/
  • flutter pub publish --dry-run - 0 warnings, 610 KB compressed archive
  • Pana 0.23.14 - 160/160, 100% documented public API, 0 dartdoc warnings

Release behavior

Merging the version bump to main triggers the existing scroll_spy-v1.0.2 tag and OIDC pub.dev publish. The new Pages workflow builds and deploys the static product pages plus Flutter demo to the public site.
