Preserve portable recovery data when setup is cancelled after an interrupted reset, and remove cleanup advice that could lead to deleting an existing installation.
Also prevent overlapping clipboard transfers from suppressing a later copy. Added regression tests for both cases, including clipboard lock inheritance and failed receives.
Go race tests, Windows build/vet, and guest contract tests pass. Desktop and VM checks remain pending.
